Julie Young-Nahmens

CranioSacral Practitioner and Owner of Forever Young CST

Julie was born in Iowa, grew up in Southern California and moved to Friendship, WI in 1996.  She received her training from the Upledger Institute based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  The classes were held regionally in the Midwest.  She has completed CranioSacral 1 and 2, SomatoEmotional 1 and 2 as well as Advanced CranioSacral Therapy 1. Touching the Brain 1: Stimulating Self-Correction - Glial interface.

She enjoys learning to help herself and helping others heal.  Other interests include, growing her own food and living joyfully.
